STEVE WIEGMANN

Principal

Steve served as vice president of commercial properties with CB Richard Ellis, where he was responsible for providing commercial real estate brokerage services to the Southern California real estate market through the bringing together of professionals, services, resources, and technology.

In his 12 years with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Wiegmann also served as senior real estate manager, where he was responsible for the management and leasing of office and industrial projects owned by major institutions. In this role, he gained significant experience in working with major institutions and individual investors in the disposition of multiple properties for the FDIC, RTC, UNUM, Prudential Insurance, Koll Bren Realty Advisors, Citicorp, CB Richard Ellis Investors, et al.

Other highlights of Steve's experience includes responsibility for all aspects of property performance including marketing and leasing, financial performance, operations, renovation, and construction of a portfolio in excess of 3 million square feet located throughout the greater Los Angeles and Orange County market. He also was responsible for overseeing a portfolio in excess of 1.5 million feet of office, medical, and industrial buildings throughout Los Angeles, including development of management and marketing plans, budgeting, property valuation, due diligence, lease analysis, contract negotiations, tenant retention/relations programs, and all aspects of financial accounting.

Prior to Steve's work with CB Richard Ellis, he served as vice president/senior asset manager, portfolio property manager, and building manager for Crane Realty & Management Company.
