Assistant Vice President at Karas Corporation, Eric Rosenberg works closely with the partners to ensure a  successful completed transaction. Mr. Rosenberg's focus is on the coordination of leasing and marketing the new development before completion. His responsibilities include the following: marketing package and web site design and production; research, prospecting and contact database management; marketing distribution and implementation to target users, assist and facilitate procurement of leases, due diligence organization and preparation; and escrow management.

Prior to joining Karas Corporation, Eric Rosenberg worked in retail management for eleven years.

Mr. Rosenberg attended California State University Long Beach where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Eric is a candidate to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is associated with California State University Long Beach Alumni Association, American Marketing Association and holds a Communication Certificate.
