CAROL DAVID, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Carol has over twenty years of public accounting and industry experience.  Her industry experience includes her role as Assistant Controller for Lennar’s land development division, one of the nation’s leading homebuilder.  She also served as an Assistant Controller for CB Richard Ellis’ property management division, the global leader in real estate services.

Carol is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.  She has her Bachelor’s degree from Holy Angel University, Angeles City, Philippines where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.  She also obtained CPA licensure in the Philippines.

Carol is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPA’s.
