Senior Project Coordinator

Christine Berg has 10-years of commercial real estate experience encompassing property management and development.

Christine was previously a Project Coordinator for Crown Realty and Development and was responsible for overseeing the development and construction of a 155,000 SF shopping center in Los Angeles, a 65,000 SF shopping center in Bakersfield and a 12-acre mixed-use project in Anaheim. She was responsible for coordinating the tenant build out for national retailers and also served as the property manager. Christine also worked for CB Richard Ellis as a Real Estate Manager, responsible for the management of office buildings, retail centers and industrial projects. She performed all aspects of property management, including tenant relations and retention, vendor selection, operating and budget reporting and construction management.
Christine is a Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the California Real Estate Association.
